There are so many, we need to do this in 4 Parts!
Anyone who has been involved with Community Association living or Association Management has heard some unbelievable questions, answers and quips from owners and residents. We thought that we would come up with a top 10 list, but instead we quickly compiled a list of 40 quips and due to the volume, we will have provide this to you in 4 parts, over a 4 week period. Some are funny, some are sad, but overall, they do help to define what we all call living in a Community Association. If you have any suggestions, let us know and we will try to publish yours at the end of this series. So, here it goes;
1. Well, what are we paying the association for?
2. I will clean my roof when Mrs. Smith does.
3. What do you mean my driveway is dirty?
4. Of course he is a close family member, he is my Nephew’s Cousin!
5. My doctor says I have to have this pet and I have a letter to prove it!
6. I never received the letter, but I did receive the attorney’s letter.
7. I will pay my assessment when the Board fixes the….
8. What do you mean? Don’t you realize I pay your salary!
9. I think the Board really should be working harder on this!
10. They can’t do that. They can’t take my home from me!
